Production Information

Adfotain Transcoder Software is bundled with Media Processors. Choose between Adfotain LE and Adfotain XE.

Adfotain LE Transcoder Software converts Macromedia Flash Microoft Powerpoint and Windows Media for playback on Media Processors. Adfotain XE Transcoder Software converts Macromedia Flash Microoft Powerpoint and Windows Media plus DVD media, FOB files and Apple Quicktime files for playback on Media Processors.
 
Adfotain LE Adfotain XE
  • Adfotain LE and XE is software that will convert most PC media files to play on the media processors, such as Windows AVI, WMV (with decoders installed), MPEG-1/2/4, Macromedia Flash, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Plays Scala media exported as Windows AVI movies, when converted using Adfotain LE
  • Very-low bit rate (VLBR) video content encoding
  • Activity logging
  • Content conversion for 4:3, 16:9, and 9:16 portrait mode displays
  • Plays most Macintosh media exported as Apple QuickTime movies with conversion using XE.

Additional conversion capabilities for:

  • Apple QuickTime (.MOV)
  • DVD program (.VOB)
  • 16:9 landscape mode
  • 9:16 portrait mode
 
Minimum System Requirements

Hardware Requirements : IBM PC-compatible equivalent to 2.8GHz Pentium-4 or faster; 512MB system memory; Ultra DMA compatible or faster HD, 20GB space needed.

 

 Software Requirements: Microsoft Windows XP
Professional or Home operating system, with Service
Pack 2 update installed. Microsoft PowerPoint
2002/2003 requiredfor PowerPoint support.
Macromedia Flash player for Flash content support.
